With clear weather from the morning of the athletic competition, students from the College of Humanities gathered for the athletic competition at 8:30 a.m. with more excitement. Based on the results of the fierce preliminary round, the athletic competition was even more interesting, consisting of various events such as the finals, group jump ropes, tug-of-war games, and relays of the athletic competition flower. Humanities students participated in all the games with passion as if they were letting go of the stress of the midterm exam. At the booths of each department, they cheered hard for the classmates who were playing hard. During lunchtime, we had a heartwarming time encouraging each other to the motives who finished the game fiercely with pancakes, boiled pork, makgeolli, and beverages prepared by the student council of each department. As a result of the finals of the athletic competition, the first place was achieved with Philosophy x France Union, the second place was the Department of Korean Language and Literature, and the third place was the Department of Japanese Language and Japanese Studies, and it was disbanded after 17:20. "I would like to express my infinite gratitude to the classmates who attended the athletic competition and enjoyed it with a lot of support, and who participated hard until the end so that they could finish safely and well," said PAGE, a student council of the College of Humanities 2024. From the long preliminary round to the finals, the athletic competition was completed. Regardless of the victory or defeat, I hope that the Humanities College Athletic Competition, which was impressive to support, respect, and enjoy each other, will be a beautiful memory for the students of the College of Humanities. ▲ Humanities College Athletic Competition (the source is from Department of Korean Language and Literature Lee Chaerin) |
